These Terms and Conditions govern the use of specialized services for electrical installations and maintenance for commercial and residential projects by Apolion Techniek, a company registered in the Netherlands. The client fully accepts these terms by renting our services.
*2 Services
Apolion Techniek offers electrical installation, maintenance, repair and consulting services. The Netherlands habitats in the Netherlands techniques and safety pruits.
*3. Contracts and offers
– All offers provided by Apolion Techniek are non-binding and valid for 30 days from the date of publication.
– Acceptance of the offer by the client constitutes a binding agreement for the execution of the service.
– Any changes within the scope of business must be agreed in writing and may incur additional costs.
*4. Execution of work
– Apolion Techniek undertakes to carry out the work with the utmost professionalism and within the agreed time frame, except in the case of unforeseen events or force majeure.
– The client must provide adequate access to the premises where the work will be carried out.

*5 Payments
– Payments for loss must be made in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the factor.
– In case of late payment, Apolion Techniek reserves the right to apply late payment charges and administrative costs.
– Failure to pay within the specified time frame may result in suspension of service and possible legal proceedings.
*6. Guarantee and warranty
– Apolion Techniek offers a 12-month guarantee for completed work unless otherwise stated.
– The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, third party interventions or situations beyond our control.
– Apolion Techniek’s liability is limited to the amount billed for the relevant service.
*7. Cancellations and Refunds
– The customer may cancel a service without penalty by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.
– Subsequent cancellations may be subject to compensatory fees.
– If Apolion Techniek cancels a service, payments will be refunded or planned for business.
*8. Data Protection
– Apolion Techniek, Netherlands versions are from the Netherlands.
– Customer data will only be used for the provision of the service and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, unless legally required.
*9 Valid Law and Dispute Resolution
– These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Netherlands.
– Any dispute between Apolion Techniek and the customer will preferably be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
*10. Changes
– Apolion Techniek reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect after the website is published in our customer notice.
